Angling my headlights

I have a dc2. My headlights used to be HIDs so they were pointed straight at the ground, but now they're just normal bulbs. Whatever the hell a normal bulb is. Anyway.

How do I raise the angle of my lights? I looked for like a screw thing to screw in or something...I know. n00b. Help a brother out!

should be a screw thing on the top... use a flat head screw driver to turn it....
