is there such thing as lowering your car by compressing the springs with some tool?

yes but its only for static use IE car shows etc. Like a spring clamp.

Otherwise you can get your springs reset - they are reheated and adjusted in height.
For all teh effort Id just get some aftermarket springs such as king or kmac.

Yes i drive with them, bit bumpy, but you get used to it

and i got shockers that are the same height/size as the stock ones so that probably makes it worse.

Driving with mismatched springs and shocks gives poor suspension control and is just dangerous.
Compressed springs risk the coils crashing together even if sufficiently damped for the given height, when the car is lowered the spring rate needs to be increased (ie, thicker coil) with a matched shock absorber.
