remove stock head unit

hey guys i did a search to look for how to remove the stock headunit on the fd, but i couldn't find it. (i remember there was a thread on it)

can anyone direct me on how to do it or a link to the thread.

i've seen a couple on 8th civic but it would be cool if some1 posted link on how to do it for audm fd civic.. i wanna get stuck into stereo when i get some monies

yeah i got one and a full system in my car but i just wanna know how to take out the headunit cause i got a new headunit.
