I don't think there is a colour code for the rims.Go to a car parts place(like Repco) that mixes car paint and they'll be able to get a close match for you

Buying a new unscratched rim would be somewhat cheaper and easier than repairing it these days, especially for a 2004 16'inch rim, nearly everyone has theirs for sale at bargain prices.
