what exactly "didnt fit" ? AFAIK honda has 2 filter types , both are compatible with each other. Universal across the range

the previous part number which was 15400RTA004 was made by a different manufacturer, than 15400RTA003 (the new part number)
sometimes people find it abit hard to fit the 15400RTA003, which is normal. but they do fit, you just have to move it around when you find it doesn't want to screw on properly. because everything is exactly the same.

this is the second time i bought oil filter the same part no 15400-RTA-003
i still doubt it, because i checked it again, it looks like the same one with smaller hole.
i might try again anyway,
but like you just said, if i try to move it around, do you think i may cause seize bolt

move it around a little before you screw it on, sometimes its not properly placed. all FN2s I know use the same filter and no problem at all.
