Hey guys,
Installed a front pair of coilovers today (ran out of light for the rears) and now the abs light is on. all lines are connected & brake lines are mounted. I didn't disconnect the abs sensor either... Any ideas?

is this for the wrx bro ? or s2000 ?

for wrx
get someone to press down brake light, and you go have a look at the back, if anything is wrong with the light at the back, then abs light comes on

for s2000
i dont have a clue. go try the brake down the street, and see if abs still works

its for the S2000. The abs and everything still works, maybe i'll try resetting the ecu or something tomorrow.

maybe the abs wheel sensor/s has been damaged?

Yeah nothings been ripped off/haven't even touched the wheel sensor so will inspect a little further today. They were the first things i checked. Its strange because the ABS still works.

yeah if you get someone to extract the code it will tell you which part of the ABS system is playing up.

If any of the sensors wiring was stretched that would give high resistence on the wheel speed sensor causing the light to come on. Check the resistance of the circuit and it should be 2 ohms.

Got no idea how to check the resistance, but thats probably the case. If that is so, I can just get a resistor put in the circuit can i not?
