fuel smell

hey guys, i have a really strong smell of fuel in the car, iv checked for leaks in the lines and cant find any, was just wondering what people might think?

someone also suggested the charcoal canister, if it is that, do i have to change the while thing or is there an insert??

its just there the whole time, ill drive it to air it out and like 30 min later itl just stink again
