dc2r exhaust system into an eg?

Hi, i was wondering if it is true that a stock dc2r exhaust system can fit into an eg? can anyone comfirm???

yeah I got a dc2r aust spec setup as leftover from our dc2r bolted onto my eg5 from headers onwards till the rear muffler.

rear muffler too long to fit properly, but will fit eg sedans.

yes it will fit. you might just have to cut the muffler tip because it hangs to far from bumper

the body of the muffler is so long designed for sedans and coupes with some 300mm more overhang.

you'll need to shorten the pipe leading into the muffler which would have a sharp kink on it

u can use the b pipe of the itr and just use your oem eg muffler
oem fitment and it will bolt up no worries as same flanges
u can get a ek9 axle back muffler for best fit and flow from factory

I've got Lukey reverse flow ie "turbo" muffler in my eg with b16a, very quiet no drone or boom and cant hear the rear muffler at all over the sound of my CAI.
