I have a 90 model ed9 CRX which had the d16a in it, i did a engine swap and had a b16a put in.. Then i had buddyclubs racing spec coilovers put in and when i try lowering the front end, the left side is not a problem but the right side coilover fork rubs on my drive shafts when i lower it all the way down! Should i machine the fork a bit or is there another way?

interesting ive never heard of this issue before.....

it may help , to reverse your right hand fork 180 degrees and see if this frees up the space - the fork has one straight sideand one curved side.

NOTE - since you are running coilovers - this is a easy job - remove 17mm headed bolt on bottom ,the 14mm tensioner bolt is loosened , for dropped off and reversed , then the 14mm bolt reinstalled and re tightened. Done.

That won't work, the drive shaft is 5 mm next to the curved side..
