Bold and Green Names?

i'm looking at the forum index and wonders why some of the current active member names are in bold and some in green? what do they mean? :confused:

Green = moderators/admins

do you know which sub-forums are visible for paid members? becasue when i do a search some threads aren't accessible..

its all outlines in a thread somewhere, one of the site discussion stickies

the supporters section is generally offtopic, not a technical section
