original bore diameter is 64mm but the aftermarket set is 67mm, wondering if any problems without hub ring and will tyre shops have any rings can fill the gap?

yes, most tyre shops will have hub rings, some are plastic ones some are metal ones...all u need to do is call up, find out if they have hub rings for honda in stock, and come to the shop to get them...
one advice that i'd like to share: sometimes ppl in tyre shop are lazy, they just did the measurement by eye, and in the end, gives u the wrong size...also, if they do give u the right size, make sure all 4 are the same size...

^ yep not only does it "center" your rim on the hub but id hate to see what a slightly uncentered wheel would feel like doing high speeds.
plus most bob janes/ tyre powers etc will get you a set sub 20$ as syd syd said
hub rings are cheap as so it wouldnt hurt to buy a set than to leave all load on your studs. If they dont have your size i think its negligible since the bore size is only 3mm 's apart.
Any wheel store will stock them just give them a call, best bet is to take one of your wheels to test fit, won't be much of a hassle seeing as they have to come off anyway.

In addition to centering the rims, it also takes the load off the wheel studs and puts it on the hub. So you minimise the risk of bending or snapping the studs.
the size for Honda cars is actually 64.1mm internal diameter to be exact.
