i bought innovative mounts off ebay a few weeks ago n the total came up to $370AUS, still ALOT cheaper than buying AVID mounts from jdm yard. from first hand experience i can say innovative are quality mounts n they come with a lifetime warranty too :)

have you had the mounts fitted dc4t?
if so, how do they feel for normal driving?

i'm also in the market for new mounts, i believe the stock mounts are starting to give way. Would like to know more about some aftermarket mounts too.

Avid is completely different set up compared to innovative.

Also I dont think you can get them with that price anymore with our weak AUD $

First question should be... are you going to complain if the car vibrates? Because there is about 5 or so differant types of mounts you can get... and all of them are differant "stiffnesses". Also... what is your budget, and plans with the car? I'm guessing by the fact you asked about "lambo" doors the other day your not interested in tracking the car.

Basically
Mugen is softest
Hasport Solid mount is stiffest

Then you have everything inbetween.

yea man.. theyre seriously fine ay, u can feel the vibration from the engine alot more though but its still fine for normal driving, and i personally like the rougher feel. there's 3 settings u can get with the innovative mounts anyway: 60A-80A, with 60A being the softest and 80A for track-use. i bought the 60A

Hey guys yeah im not planning to track the car but u neer know. Im building it up to win the N/A FWD dyno comp at autosalon next year so theres gonna b alot more stress on the engine. Plus i think mine are almost gone coz when i accelerate there is a knocking noise coming from the engne. So nows a good a time as any to get hem.

I've had Innovative mounts in my DC5 before. ( Billet 75A )

They are best bang for buck mounts on the market for the DC5/EP3.

Cheap and works effectively.

Taken it to track a few times and is driven quick agressively.

Never had a problem.

You've picked a bad time to buy stuff from the US however.

What mounts do u need for dc5 auto.. correct me if i am wrong but the front, rear, drivers sidr is yhe same for auto/manual dc5's. And the only different designed mount is the oassenger/gearbox side.
