air con/condenser fan broken

hey
got a 98 civic gli here that has a consender/aircon fan that doesn't spin. looks like the bearing is broken.

it's the fan next to the left headlight which turns on only when the aircon is on.

anyone know places in western sydney that can supply a fan quickly?
also is it that hard to change?
how much is it for the fan and labour?
my local mech said it should be less than $200 total for a fan installed

so any ideas?

Hey go to hontoys in smithfield.

my mate bought a condensor from there for $50.. the guy took off the fan coz we didnt need it.. im sure u can get that off them cheap to.

its probably lying around somewhere..

go to pick n payless at blacktown with lloyd have a play around with a few and learn how to take it off then youl know how to put it back on

tell them a mate bought a condensor from them for $50

ahh air con works again...!
took just over an hour to install..wasn't that hard to take apart but the bottom right screw was a bitch to put back

my gf is happy again now :D
she had to die for the last month in the heat lol
she saved up $150 but ended up only costing 50 bucks from ya and an hour of time
