as title says my boot leaks from somewhere?
im not sure where its coming from but it only leaks when it has been raining,
morning after a good rainy night i get in the car and it sounds like i have a bucket full of water in my boot,
i take everything out and under the carpet theres a puddle?
anyone experience this problem? i have an ap2 roof btw im thinking it might be sinking from the rear of the soft top roof ?

I know what the problem is.... The same thing happened to my friend.
Water gets down between the bumper and the bodywork. it then drips onto the exhaust vacuum air intakey thing (our car has a vacuum intake / outake that is in the boot to prevent exhaust gases from building up in the boot, and seeping into the cabin and putting you to sleep), the water then slides inside, and works its way down into the boot, where it remains until you drain it.
You have to remove EVERY single boot interior carpet piece to get to the bottom (so im told) and to then drain it.
Let me know how you go.

oh, if you have changed the roof, the bolts that hold the rain channel, may have been tightened too much, or too little and allow water to sneak in. I have seen this happen. They need to be evenly torqued.

would you be able to fix this problem for me, plus my roof is slow ?
what do you rkn it is the motor or the roof wasnt installed properly .
the right side is quicker then the left, also the left struggles more

hmm check your ground cable for the roof motor , also i think you can just take the water out i drilled a hole in the bottom of mine and sprayed rust guard with a rubber cover for the hole i drilled

you need to take out the plastic trim to get to it behind the roof
