its been about a month since i changed my original
clutch to a sports organic heavy duty clutch..
and just today ive started hearing a springy tightening sound
when i step on my clutch pedal..
does anyone know why?
oil maybe?

from teh pedal itself?
could jsut be something up inside it, like the spring

Yeah i know what his talking about cause it happened to me too when I replaced mine with a HD clutch. I probably couldn't explain it any better than him, a springy tightening sound is the best explaination you could probably get!

could be the clutch slave cylinder?? if so use grease or wd40 on the rubber boot of the slave cyl & it will prevent the stretchy/squeak noise

so what did u do to get the sound away?
wd-40? or u still got it? haha
