changing the speedometer dial light

Hey guys
I was wondering is it possible to change the red light (not sure if it’s a LED or bulb) which illuminates the pins red on the speedometer in my CL9 to another colour. The background is white n thought if it’s possible to change it to a blue.

that was the same color scheme in my bora, absolutely loved it, there are some kits available in the us, im not sure if anyone has attempted to do this in aus.

i wunna get rid ofthe orange bit in my 04. im thinking of blackening it out or something
