Requoting pictures

Can we have some sort of rule to stop people requoting the same pictures from one page back for example.

I have no problem with people quoting a relevant picture (quote one picture and say wow that is a nice car), but do you have to requote the whole lot? Whenever I requote a thread I make a concsious effort to only requote relevant pictures/parts.

For example (not trying to pick on anyone):

This was all posted on the page before

Maybe it can be added to the warnings list for repeat offenders?
