my rear bumper was slightly crushed by a car behind me today.
the car was going very slowly (10km/p) whilst i had my foot on the brake. The damage is very minimal i had a good look and it seem that its only the plastic bumper that is damaged everything else is fine.

Here are some images of the damage .

Looks similar to what happened to me, some old man rear ended me when i had to brake hard because the car in front was a dick and yea.

It doesn't look much from the outside but be careful of the stuff on INSIDE. You'd be surprised how easy the fd civics damage...

It looked like nothing... similar to what u have although it ended up costing insurance 3k to fix. But i'd say just get it quoted by somewhere and they'll give you the pricing.

The bumper was pushed in, thus creasing the paint and popping the clips on the side. The side will be easy to push back in and re-clip. The paint will probably cost 300-500 to respray, which is not worth your excess. If you have the details of the guy in front and behind you, and it is NOT your fault, then get your insurance to cover it.
