Disclaimer: The following is provided as a GUIDE ONLY, and neither myself nor Ozhonda take any responsibility for the outcomes of someone else doing the following. You follow these steps at your own risk!

Aim: to fit aftermarket speakers into your front doors (passenger and drivers!)

Required: you will need,
1 x philips screw driver
1x flathead

Steps:

1.
Here is a picture of my drivers door from my CD5 Accord,
It's a VTi-S model, so if anyone right now reading this is going
"My Door looks diffrent to kenny's one in the picture, it is because i have leather lined doors"

2.remove this plastic grommet in the top left corner, use your fingers or use a small flat head to pry it out

http://img.photobucket.com/albums/v216/spoon-accord/IMG_0067.jpg

3.the door handle has 1 screw holding it intact to the door, be sure to always clean the door handle and remove the screw lid (mine was missing)
and then undo the screw

4.After removing the screw, the whole electric window switches just pops out, you have to use abit of force and pry it up,be slow and be patient.

5.when the controls are finally out, you have to disconnect the wires, because without dicconecting them, it will make it hard for you to remove the door trim, and make it very hard and awkward for you to install the new speakers.

6. removing the door handle, again theres a cap over the screw, (i lost mine) after removing the screw, slide the door handle to the left,(like in the picture below) then u pull out towards you gently whilst pushing it to the left.

7. You will have to unlock the door open pin, looks like this
http://img.photobucket.com/albums/v216/spoon-accord/IMG_0072.jpg

but becareful, this is one of the most fragile part on the door, so please do it with care and use a flat head screwdriver to aid you

http://img.photobucket.com/albums/v216/spoon-accord/IMG_0073.jpg

8. remove the cover that hides the wiring and screws for the power side mirrors

http://img.photobucket.com/albums/v216/spoon-accord/IMG_0074.jpg

9. when that is all done, u have to pry the door trim from the actual door,
basically pulling the door trim towards you, theres no other screws, just self locking plastic tabs.

10. when you've pull the door trim off from the bottom, and its still abit flimsy, slide the door trim up, because theres abit of trim behind with the top of the window sill,(that chrome piece on the inside)

11. when door trim is apart from the door, REMEMBER TO REMOVE THE INTERIOR DOOR LIGHT =]

http://img.photobucket.com/albums/v216/spoon-accord/IMG_0075.jpg

12. here are your standard,13 year old new speakers, circled are the screws to undo

http://img.photobucket.com/albums/v216/spoon-accord/IMG_0076.jpg

13.okay, this is a picture of the standard speaker and speaker mount,
the standard speaker has a very small and think magnet, hence why it fits well in its OEM speaker mount

when u buy aftermarket speakers, the magnets are very big and protruding, so, you need to cut cut snip snip the whole base of cone from the plastic mount =]

14. and when you are all done, just go thru the steps backwards to install it all back in :)
