all purpose grease

hey
my sunroof seems to slam when closing so i was told to grease the rails.
is there a certain type of grease i should buy?

i sorta want some all purpose grease so i can lube other things like squeaking doors and whatever.

For doors, I use high temp lithium grease. For rails, I'd rather clean it up properly and then use some sort of silicone spray.

for metals, i just use wd-40...for rubber channels etc.. theres lube stick, graphite powder or the silicone spray.
