shouldn't be too complicated. just a guess but
- Detach the cable from the latch at the bonnet.
- feed wire from front of car through engine bay until its not restricted by anything (mounting points, hold downs, chassis etc)
- Go inside the cabin. probably need to take apart the bottom half of your dash to access the lever.
- unscrew the lever action/housing.
- pull cable until it comes through the firewall.
Installation is the reverse of removal. to pull the cable from the cabin, through the firewall, into the engine bay, use a coat hanger to guide it.
again, just a guess, but i can't imagine it would be more complicated than that.

if you tie/ attatch the new cable to the old one, then pull the old one through, it makes it alot easier as you dont really have to feed the cable through the firewall or anything as its pulled through by the old one

Good guess Qikteg, I duno how it is for other cars, but this for a EK, i'm assuming most honda's would be the same.
The cable feeds through the drivers side fender, along under the top half of the radiator support to the latch (you can follow it through).
- You gota remove the fender
- the cable is held in place by clips under the fender, so undo the clips
- unhook the cable from the latch (to do this you might have to remove the latch)
- inside remove the interior panel next to your right foot surrounding the bonnet release latch
- there should be i think 2 screws holding the latch in place, remove them.
- and then pull the whole thing out from there
to put the new one in, just feed it through

would i have to also take off my front bar to reach the latch ?

No. There are 3 screws holding the latch itself to the radiator support, you have to undo these to move the latch slightly to the left (if facing the car head on, that is, to the drivers side) so that you can dislodge the latch cable from the latch. If you look closely, the latch cable is attached to the left side of the latch (again, if facing the car). The screws holding the latch can be undone without removing the front bar.
