its on the throttle body.
EK1 = gli/cxi.
d series non vtec motor.
the intake arm has no air flow meter.

Honda's don't run a vein, flap or MAS type airflow meter/sensor.

( I know what u mean regarding Z32 AFM on SR's etc.)

Honda's use a MAF sensor which is in the Intake manifold.

Your exhaust is around 2" guessing...

Its a MAP not MAF,

there is a major differance between the two in how they operate.

later K series engines use air flow meter in combo with MAP

Up to the 2007 Accord Euro's K24A3, it is still MAP-only. I can confirm that the R18A in the new Civics and the latest 2009 Accord Euro have both AFM and MAP sensors.

Thanks for the replies guys, much appreciated. So from your responses, the MAP sensor is located just before the throttle body or something? Anyone have pics with it circled? Also, can anyone answer my exhaust question?

Cheers fellas :)

Take a photo of your engine bay and we'll point it out for you.

stock exhaust is 1.75" press bent.
On a ek1, 2" would be good.

If you want to adjust the AF ratios, try a Apexi VAFC or SAF, one of those things.
Still cheaper than a new AFM

Thanks for your response guys. So the stock exhaust diamater for the EK1 CXi is 1.75"? God..that's tiny lol.

Here's a random pic of the D16Y engine bay:

That black thing on top of the TB. If you can take one of your actual car, get as much detail as you can of the intake arm, TB and intake manifold.
