Dash Board

I'm looking to put in a double din head unit into my FD Civic but when doing some previous work I wasn't able to get the dash apart properly.

Can some one give me a hand as to what comes off first?? Is there a trick to the centre dash pieces?

first off all, u take the bottom of the driver side first...the grey bit and den the driver side dash comes off...theres a screw holding it where the coin pocket is and den the middle one comes off...but theres 2 screws holding them at the top of that small use less space at the bottom of the air control

I used this this guide to remove my dash to get to the MP3 player. They even have a guide for the double din head unit. hope this helps.
