whats the best engine oil to use for 99" integra vti-r b18c engine?

Search man. There are plenty of threads on this.

But any oil with the following viscoities are fine to use:

0W-40, 5W-30, 5W-40, 10W-40, 10W-30 (Honda FEO) are all fine to use.

It's good shit for the price, especially when Supercheapauto has it on discount for $29.95.

Edge is a hydrocracked synthetic oil made from mineral basestock, while FEO is a traditional mineral oil. So i'd choose Edge if the price were the same. At retail price of $50 for Edge vs $30 for FEO, I'd choose FEO for street and change oil every 5000km.
