Hey man!
You've started off with a pretty decent modification already. Clear side indicators make quite a noticeable difference to the look of the car.
Well, the best way to put things into perspective is whatever your choice on wheels or lipkit, it is clearly what you'd want your car to look like and if you're happy... that's great! Don't let other peoples opinions get in the way.
Wheels - Well, now you'll have to decide on if you'd like 17's or 18's on your lude. I reckon something dark would go well with silver.
Prices will definitely vary if you're lookin at getting new shoes for the lude. tyres will be worth quite a bit as well. approx. $1K+ for new shoes
Exhaust tip - I believe you should save up and get a whole cat-back exhaust system along with a hi-flow cat and aftermarket header. This will let the car breathe better and feel more responsive. Lots of people like the twin tip look.
well, a whole cat-back exhaust system will vary in price whether you'd like stainless steel or mild steel. the muffler itself could be $300+
Lip kit - If you're lucky and you've got a deep pocket, you should save up for an OEM lip kit. Lots of ludes have it but it just makes the lude that lil bit classier and looks great! =)
If you get them from the dealers you should expect to be paying approx. $400 each for the front, sides and rear totaling $1600 UNPAINTED! daaamn. Always check on ebay and stuff, they'll pop up every now and then.
If you need more opinions and help, go to www.preludeaustralia.com and register there.
check out the pictures of the silver ludes and see if you'll like to follow the same mod-path.
Good luck!

How long is a piece of string?
What sort of styles do you like? There's plenty of pictures on here, and on the various Prelude forums (if you haven't already, google Honda Prelude Forum) of just about everything you can realistically do.
And as with most things, the most important question of all is how much $$ are you willing to spend? Lip kits don't come cheap (nearly $2k plus painting for the OEM one), neither do good quality rims or exhausts. Sure you can buy the cheap stuff off ebay, but you'll learn pretty fast that you only get what you pay for.

This is my lude jst to give you some ideas. The body midifications are;
-OEM lip kit
-OEM JDM fogs
-OEM honeycomb Grille
-RSX-S Rims
-lowered 1.5"
-clear side indicators
-cleared front indicators
You can see my theme prety easily - OEM :) but anyway hope that gives you a few ideas with the direction you wanna take. Try and keep it classy IMO - thats when BB6's look best!!!

I don't really mind the stock Blades on the BB6 vti-R... (My mates give me so much sh*t about this, but I like the blades...)
Mines lowered on stock rims, has stock rear and side skirts and the most important exterior mode, the honeycomb grill... I thought about getting an OEM front lip but felt that it may be incredibly impractical on my car... I scrape everywhere I go, I can't imagine having a front lip... And my car isn't even that low...
It's funny how many people compliment the honeycomb grill... Even people who aren't into cars compliment it... "Hey it says Prelude on the black thing"....

i would suggest you lower your car before you get rims, rims on non-dropped cars, don't look hot.
springs -> wheels :)
what about the mugen front bar? thats noice. i rekon don't do anything to the tails or the headlights. and yeah and whateveryone else has said

I reckon you should purchase the rims and suspension parts first and lower it at the same time. That way you won't be 4wd'ing around like mwaku mentioned :P

For headlights a HID projector retrofit is the only thing worth doing. The Mugen front is hugely expensive and still fibreglass. Replicas generally suffer from poor fitment, plus I don't think they have the metal part, certainly not the light covers and Mugen badge.
There is a grill with Prelude badge for sale at preludeaustralia. Might want to grab it, I doubt they come up often here and the AUD sucks at the moment and will for probably some time to come so importing one might not be much of an option.

Try putting the rims on so that the blades are facing the other way, your car looks like its about to go backwards.

thats actually the correct way.
thats how they all came from the factory.
if you look on the inside of the rim they have a R or L printed on them showing which side they go on.
we just all put them on the wrong side cause it looks better.

Its amazing how different it looks just by doing that. But yeah it does look better. Weird but true.

Oh shit, well my point still stands, it looks like its about to go backwards.
I would have thought that it would be orientated as to look as though its going to cut through the air just like an actual sawblade.

they say there is a practical purpose to it being this way.
some crap about airflow and cooling the brakes.
who knows...still looks better the wrong way.

Good thing i dont take it onto the track hey.
I dont get enough heat into the brakes on the street!

Well it does look like they might help channel air, but somehow I doubt it would effect brake fade on a track. Then again Honda put water cooled brakes on my car (ATTS so no blade rims).

Funny thing with lowering the car is even though my car is stock it still manages to get some scrapage happening over some dips.
I dont knw if n e one else has been having that problem but iv had it a few time.
Even on speed humps that are not that big. i have no idea what it is..soft suspenssion mabe i dunno..
It isnt the front bar hitting the ground ( well ders only one scratch right under which shows its hit once ) but most of the hitting is happening on the large black plastic engine shield under the car and the tow clips which are noticable lower than the front bumper.
iv notice the tow clips have become sharp over the 3 to 4 times its happened.
i hate when it happens and have been very carefull around dips now a days.
but what i do understand is when u get rims which are larger than factory size it does life the car a bit higher den usual.
im also worried that if i do get a lip that this problem will happen alot more if not careful.
yeh about the mugen front bar i was thinkin about it, but iv grown to love the stock factory look and would rather put on a lip than change the whole thing. if n e thing id love to put on a mugen wing one day. iv just seen many diffrent styles of lip kit on preludes and is intrested on what the diffrent types are.

dont do mugen, it looks muugay.
haha nah not really. Its different, but to me its backwards on the styling of the ludes cut lines and angular shape. it looks too round. like its got a swallen face or something...
mugen rear wing on the other hand... HOT.

yeah i'm dropped 1.5" on stock 16" wheels and shocks. i gotta go sideways across some big humps.
if you look at the plastic covers under the front bar there's not really much distance from the ground.
but i can still drive around normal without issues.
