Uhm could someone tell me how to switch the parkers on an FD civic? Like do you go from inside the bonnet or do i have to pull out the headlight casing?

menu? u mean the handbook? the parkers arent in there? it tells u how to do low beam, high beam, rear lights, indicators.. but no parkers?.... i installed the low's yesterday...

parkers are really easy. Go from the bonnet. Locate the parkers by looking at the front then trace it to the back in a straight line. You will then see a socket and all you do is twist it to pull it out

oh, i was thinking thats how it was but was a bit scared to be pulling wires i wasnt sure of. and the left side i need to remove the water tank yes? alright thanks mate.

nah dont be scared. If you twist it out and change the bulb, twist back in, its fine. The left side requires you to remove the white bottle.
i think in the manual they're called parking lights or something...
Just checked for you, it's called the 'Position Light', on page 283 or 287 (depending which version of the manual you have).
But the instructions are there after the 'Low Beam Headlight' instructions.

it's really easy, and yes, it's in the manual also.
I changed my parker recently, and although a little hard to turn, but it's easy, you are not going to break anything there~

im trying to find a parker with a bluer tint. not heaps blue, but enough to tell... any ideas?

just get an SMT or SMD parker light T10 and you should be sweet...

what does smt or smd mean?
im trying to find one that looks kinda like the xenon blue tint. this is what it looks like with blue LEDs. its actually a bit darker blue but its from a camera phone

Go to ebay and type in SMD light or SMT light...
ill show u mine, i bought mine on ebay and i have had them for over a year and they are going strong...

nice lights displays, but are they all LED on Type-R??
