LUG nuts

tried searching no luck.

Looking for a decent LUG nut that'll fit a narrow multi stud wheel.

Most do not fit, any ideas on brands / styles / where to get them?

Justin post up a pic or get some measurements of where the nuts need to go.

i know the spot is tighter then a teenager but measurements will help alot.
