What are the following parts and what do they do because i want to track me car some day or can someone recommend the minimum for track ?
what is Rear trailing arm ?
Lower control arm ?
Upper control arm ?
and pics of them installed ?
obviously these are gonna be all aftermarket parts but are they much different to stock..?
Oh yea its gonna be on a honda civic em1
you dont need any of those to track your car,
your better off investing in a set a gauges, brake upgrade and a set of semi's.

on rear suspension parts, lower arm is also called lower control arm (lca) and the upper arm can also be called upper control arm.
i think they are used to adjust like toe(compensator arm), camber(upper control arm) settings if using aftermarket parts that are adjustable.
um.. yeah like that lol

you're better off just getting replacement bushes for your car, new brake pads, decent tyres and a decent shock/spring combo
thats probably the minimum i'd do

Change them if they are worn. If they are not worn, then you don't have to.
