Cost of rebuild eg4?

JUST wonder how much will that cost of REBUILD EG4 (carby engine) in adelaide?

engine dead but no idea where to do a rebuild....

not worth to do a EFI conversion

please help.....

dont bother rebuilding

just buy a complete engine from wreckers and drop it in

if youre dead keen on rebuilding, try to find a d16 bottom end to bolt up, give you a little bit more torque from teh 1.6 over the 1.5

it will all bolt up and no need to change to efi

thz dude, but i was looked for a EK1 engine,gearbox and fuel tank before and try to ask someone drop it in, but result i found that cost 1-1.5K just for labour fees... it is a bit too much for it, i am planning to get a real EG6, so i just want it run again and i can able to sell it~cheez
