Before I put this on I had just the 2 Upper engine mount inserts from Energy Suspension and it was a great improvement over stock but all 5 inserts would be too much vibrations for a daily. But I found the engine jerked and moved too much through gear change and sometimes it knocks quite hard.My car is an auto too btw.
Now that jerkiness has gone and the occasional knocking by half!
The first week it felt a bit firmer but I knew it was nothing,it felt good and after a few days I didn't notice at all.So it's by no means harsh or makes the car vibrate. Not at all.I'm very happy with this item,I had been wanting one for a long time.I Love how it has made the car feel more solid with the engine but does not make it vibrate at all.
The combination of the 2 upper mount inserts + engine torque damper is perfect.I would like to get the rear engine mount in there sometimes,it has a great benefit.
It will be great for the track

try changing the fluid inside it. the damper will work better. some ppl use brake fluid.

I drove a DC2 with one of these installed, it made the car feel alot 'softer'.
Not enough response for me with one of these, but it just depends on what the user prefers.

Maybe just some of that white plumbers tape you put on the thread to stop it from coming off.I think it's called 'locktite'.

your case has nothing to do with the fluid.
is yours brand new or used? have u checked the thread? is it damaged? yeah, otherwise use the white thread tape.

no thread is ok
it came apart, i can fully hand tighten it to the way it should be eg. like in beeza
just loosens other time
so u rekon i should try the white thread
it came with the car so must of been brand new.

hmm..thats weird. cos it shouldn't loosen up by itself like that tho LOL.

Well the tape will lock that nut on to the thread and hopefully hold it in position so it dosen't loosen up.
You can get it in liquid form too.I just used it on my sunglass screw.

I hav been considering one for a while now. I got hasport mounts though so don't think it would make much difference to me. If i find one at a good price though...

Off a member on here but if that wasn't the case then ebay.com
DYNALL,unless your engine is moving a bit when shifting I would say the gain will be very small but you'll never truely know if you like it till ya try it.
