4 nut to 5 nut conversion ?

Just wondering about changing over to 5 nut instead of 4 on the wheels..

How much it cost and where (QLD, Sunshine Coast / Caloundra) would be recommended?
just cant find the rims i want in 4 nuts XD haha damn them :P
