Hi guys,

Here's hoping I'm posting in the right forum section. After getting to work this morning, i noticed a massive scrape on the side the car (front, driver-side). I've attached a pic of it here below. Still don't know how on earth it happened, can only guess that someone did a hit n run on my car.
This is the worst thing that's ever happened to my car :(

If you look carefully at the pic, you'll see that one of the panels has actually been pushed in as well. Any ideas what would be involved to get it all fixed? I'm worried about how much money it would cost to get it professionally fixed.

Is it possible to do a DYI-fix on this? I'm thinking I might be able to buff off the red paint marks. But it looks like some paint has actually been removed from the panel and I have no idea how to fix the dent in the panel.

If only the bumper that is damaged, I reckon it will cost you around $400 mark to fix it. But since the fender is damaged as well, you may have to pay $800 to $1000 to fix the dent and repaint.. or even more...:eek:

omg x.X that's a lot of money.

well i waxed the top part part till i couldn't feel my fingers. Here's the result. i think what's remaining of the top part is the layer under the paint :(
