As aaron said, there's an entire thread on this. Use 10w-30 or 10w-40 Honda FEO, or Mobil 1 fully synthetic like me. I've used both and no noticable difference in day to day use.

I searched "oil recommendation" in "Integra" section and got this:

Castol Edge (Street) 5W-30, 0W-40, or Royal purple (Track/street) 5W-30, 10W-40. FEO is OK too, but I wouldn't use it... cos i'm an anal mofo.
Only ones I use on my DC2R.
