ey guys, another noob question .. i am thinking about getting the ARC velocity stack chamber and combo it with the Blox velocity stack air filter .. but just wondering .. will that be a good idea or not ? lol cos i see ppl puttin the arc wid normal pod or gettin the arc box to go with it (or blox with normal intake arm), but i would like to know if the blox air filter will fit the arc vs chamber and if it would work etc. and wateva detail info i can gather bout these intakes

thanks

arc box is overated.. & expensive.
it sucks in hot air, unless you got a hole in your hood.

i cancelled my order.

i believe he's asking about the arc intake arm rather than the intake box

ARC is nice. its really worth it IMO. the air box itself has a velocity stack inside + its nice bling bling

My EG had a bigger and better velocity stack than this one - (s15 box)

i would get the box, and a plan simple SRI and hook it up too than, but if you got money then get the ARC arm aswell.

I have the ARC airbox and Intake arm.

I dont care if it sucks in hot air, it makes a lot of loud noises when you step on the right pedal and it's also very shiny.

That is all.

Had ARC air box and intake arm on our dc2r back in the days , we lost power on the dyno vs stock air box LOL

oic .. i dont realli want to have the box but just want the arm and was gonna put like a injen pod or a blox velocity stack pod filter on it .. but not sure if having 2 types of velocity stack would cancel each other out or like one be completly useless due to other one stackin alredy lol

blox vstack podfilter on the ARC vstack intake arm not good idea ?

or ARC vstack intake arm with a injen pod ?

hehe very true!

However, what intake arms are out there that bolt on to TB, and Mugen intake... and actually work.

ahkz, well mayb blox vstack on injen arm ? altho i prefer a SRI .. and to be honest .. with the ARC arm, being storing air from off throttle and giving u the punch of air when u hit throttle iuno if thatll be any good on dyno but for driving and like u noe cornering etc mayb good ? opinions ppl ?
