HID noise

i installed the hid kit today , when i turn it on it makes this buzzing noise in the ballast is it suppose to ?

supposed to buzz until the lights are completely fired up and the ballasts have done their job, after a couple seconds it should stop buzzing

make sure the ballasts arn't in a hot position. I've had to replace two over the years.
