it probably doesnt have one.

you have to use the OBDII port if thats the case

where can i get the obdII port and what does it do?

the car will have an OBDII port instead of a SCS and DLC.

you bridge two pins on the OBDII port and the ECU's blink there codes. just as if you bridged the SCS
