EF8 ALB/ABS pumps interchangeable?

ive got a ef8 crx, the ALB/ABS pump is making noises and its shitting me hard (much like a flutter). ive tried taking it to brake workshops to rebuild it etc n they wont touch it, ive tried getting a OEM replacement, but they dont make them anymore. also tried looking for 2nd hand from other crx's, but i havent seen many crx's with abs units. so im wondering if any other hondas that have abs which would suit my crx. was thinking either a ED civic or DA integra since alot of parts are interchangeable.

can you explain the problem in more detail

does it make a noise like a motor is runing all the time ??

while the car is moving more than 20km p/hr you hear a fluttering noise every 5-10 seconds regardless of speed/gear etc. sometimes its consistant eg. every 8secs n sometimes its abit off timing. the noise is quite loud as ppl on the sidewalks look when it goes off.

been reading through a workshop manual and it says it might be a faulty pump motor or pressure switch. but i cant get a new one anymore so just wondering what other models i could take the pump out of.

i recon you have a faulty accumulator

really.. whys that?also after the fluttering noise, you can hear a very faint priming noise.. similar to when the fuel pump primes.

yeh just got it back from honda today. they found the accumulator was faulty. ive ordered a new one from honda cos i cbf looking for 2nd hand.
