You won't have any problem. I switch between Vpower, Vortex98 and Mobil8000 every week.

Do I have to drain the 91RON all out before I pour Ultimate? Or should I just mix them together (half tank of 91RON)?

Just mix it.

Or at least run down your 91 as low as possible, ie when fuel light comes on, then refill with 98.

when the fuel light comes up, then fill up with a new tank or which ever ron (ie. unleaded, 91, 95 or 98) you want.

No point. I'd just mix it. Running the tank low might draw crap into the fuel filter, causing more problems.

doesn't the fuel come from the bottom anyway?
so many people say don't run til you have like 5L of petrol left cause things at the bottom start getting sucked up to the engine..
is that for real or not?

the fuel pickup is like a float. when the tank is full it floats at the top, and then goes down as more fuel gets used

if you let it get all the way to the bottom, it picks up all the shit that accumulates at the bottom of the tank

It's for real. I've seen it happen to a car (build 1999 on original filter). Ran it til the fuel light came on. Ran it some more and then after that, the car wouldn't idle smoothly even after being filled up again.

hmm okay..
well the lowest i've ran my car is down to about 9-8L left. I regularly fill up 45-50L every week or two. fuel light comes on when there's about 15L of petrol left and my tank is 60L
haven't had a problem.

and to keep it on topic.
i always use ultimate in my car.
managed to do 9.54L/100km in the last week
:)
haven't tried v-power at all. shouldn't be a problem at all with mixing petrol.

If the car was tuned with vpower and swicthing between ultimate and vpower, is this any harm?

Both are 98 RON. So no harm.

its not like its going to explode, plus, premium so cheap as chips now, so why not run it.
