Does anyone have any recomendations were to get internal bits for a B18A as Im quit sure I have done some major damadge to mine and may need to rebuild.

Checkout Ebay.com and search for the items you need. Many of the parts are quite a modest price. The only thing that could be an issue is postage cost, and thats still dependable on the weight of the item you buy..
I use ebay for almost every part i have purchased.
