Were to get B18A internals ?

Does anyone have any recomendations were to get internal bits for a B18A as Im quit sure I have done some major damadge to mine and may need to rebuild. :(

Yeah have cracked crank am getting new motor put into the teg not sure what sort yet, :honda:
