hey guys, time for me to do a swap..either b16a2 or do a d series turbo..?? it will b going into a ek sedan

Ive seen both Nice B-series swaps as well as Nice D-series turbo installs, I'd suggest having a look at some of both

Worst thing about the D's is the lousy 1-2 gear ratio.

Take one for a drive and see if it agrees with you.

x2, b16 is much better in that regard

Then try 1-2 gear after boost lol

Sucks hard....... I just take off in second in normal driving

need Y8 box but them only a bit better lol

1st gear in my old turbo dseries was crap... would be over way too quick

b16 with avcr set at 10psi and disco potato was WAY BETTER!

yeah i love the b16 turbo :), you will also.
The d series longer ratios are actually good for a boosted car

depending on your budget and how much you want to spend a b series would have more potential but dont underestimate the d series
