I have a Intake manifold, gasket,Throttle body stuck together. What the best way to get them apart?

EDIT: It's off the car.

Do I apply gasket sealant with the new gasket?

Cheers

I put a small amount of sealant on the gasket.

As per the user manual it says coat the gasket with oil.... this has NEVER ever worked for me with the TB gasket and i've changed mine a few times in the last few months.

If their stuck on with a lot of sealant its hard to get off without damaging. I've tryed spraying with throttle body cleaner since it seems to dissolve a lot of things plus use a rubber mallet plus some pure unadulterated mass on my arms lol
