Hey everyone.. been searching 4 a while.. wanted to find out the japanese symbol/s for Integra.. came up with this website:

http://www.haolekid.com/Merchant2/merchant.mvc?Screen=CTGY&Store_Code=H&Category_Code=Kanji

wondering if anyone can verify that for me? (ie anyone who's japanese or can read, write, translate :P )

Also.. i called Honbits the other day about ITR Lca's.. the guy said i only really needed rear Lca's for coilovers & not front ones because Vtir ones will fit??<<<--- jus curious whether that's true? my mate said get both front n rear anyway..

Thanks in advance.. :)

wut??

youve been mislead

if you have an ITR, coilovers designed for an ITR will bolt straihht up

if you get coilovers designed for a vtir you will need vtir LCAs as they are different

quote: "Tein has made for EG and DC2. But it's for JDM EG and DC2. Not for AUDM EG and DC2. So, when AUDM EG and DC2 want to change coilovers, it will need to replace the rear lower control arm for the installation." oh... i jus realised.. he mentioned REAR lower control arm :) soo at least i need rear ITR LCA.. im 90% sure now.. anyone verify?

yes you need ITR rear LCA to put ITR coils on your vtir

all you need is the coilovers and the ITR rear LCA's and it'll be all bolt on. no probs.

why do you want to look at the japanese sites? Theres plenty of info on the english sites and it will be alot less confusing when ordering/buying parts.

In Japan it's called Integra also, no different, they say it "ii-n-te-go-ra". Any Japanese brand aftermarket companies will list DC2, which means Type R as that's the only one they bother to modify over there. JDM DC2 & EG6 share the same lca.
So...if you're being offered suspension to suit Type R, all you need to change are your rear lca's, nothing more.
