em1 v ek1 suspension

i'm aware that they are interchangeable but are they different?
spring rates? shocks? ride height? etc

afaik heigh should be similar, probably 10mm lower if anything
shocks should be the same but spring rates are a little higher

ek1 = 165/80lbs progressive
em1 = 201/99lbs progressive

hmm...cause i've got a set of em1 suspension thats only done 66,000km....whereas my ek1 has done almost 150,000km.
do you think it's worth changing? will it feel better?

IMO not worth the hassle, springs aren't really a part of the car that wear out with use. if anything your shocks may need a check up.
