Yech! Help!

I was fixing some stuff up with my stereo install today, everything was going sweet until it came time to test the H/U - there is no power getting to it or the dash clock.

Checked the under-dash fuse and that's fine, everything else on the dash is working apart from the clock and the headunit.

Checked the power wiring going to the H/U and it seems that the only wire that has 12v flowing through it is the ACC wire. The wire to battery is only delivering 0.2v or thereabouts.

Is it time for me to take the dash out and tinker with the clock and shit or is it something else?

It's an EG3.

did you short the wire?
did the constant power wire, ever touch a grounding spot?
if so, you've probably burnt the wire.

you can get another source from the ignition switch.

check fuse under the bonnet, its a back up fuse 7.5A

replace the underdash fuse.

it might look fine, but it could be half blown
