My engine emission control sytem indication is lighting up, does anyone know what the problem is and have any experiences. i have a dc5R, it would be great if someone can help

Get the code read using an OBDII scanner.

Ebay sells them cheap. Otherwise, most mechanic places would have one.

was the light showing after the installation of ut CAI??

or just happen recently?

but yeah best way is to get the gaget off ebay or

what aaronng said and go to ur local mech :thumbsup:

To pull the code, go to the OBDII connector & jumper pins 4 & 9 together with a small piece of wire or paper clip.
The numbers are written on the connector in tiny writing.
The connector is located in front of the centre console, to the left hand side of the drivers foot well.
The Malfunction Indicator light (MIL) should start to flash out error codes. To interpret the MIL flashes, count the number of long flashes and multiply by 10, then add the number of short flashes.
EG: 2 long flashes = 20 + 5 short flashes = Code 25
I'll see if I can find a list of what the codes are.
