what you need to do ?

if you want to replace the CD player go to http://installdr.com/ theirs many step by step guides

due to to my knowledge i dont think you need to remove that facia piece to change the deck

Yeah you need to unscrew all the dash to get the plastic off.

Looking at that pic its an EG so you will ahve to remove the cluster surround (dont forget the screw under the hazard light switch)

Then you will have to remove the under dash plastics. (various + screws around there)

You will then see the screws for the actual fascia itself.

You may have to remove your deck and heater to get access to all the screws.

Yes its a bitch of a job to do and id put to one side at least 3-4 hours.

Are you sure you cant live with the cracks or just retrim over it (search the forums for dash retrimming)

There is a heap of info out there you just have to get off your ass and actually look for yourself.

if you go to your local honda dealer and ask for that part it will bring up an exploded view of the dash and screw locations jsut ask if you can see the picture of the exploded view.
