View Full Version : fuel gauge problem!

i have seached but all i find is itr cluster into civics. i have put my 98 spec jdm itr cluster in my 94 vtir teg, at all works fine apart from the fuel gauge, its reads eather full or empty. does anyone know how to fix it?

you have either a bad gage/loose wire/or bad sending unit

check your ground wire that connects to the sending unit....

take out ur cluster, check if the small screws behind the cluster is tight....the small one that is located on the right where it screws into the green plastic bit and the cluster itself

DC2R clusters into VTIR all fuel doesnt work.
You'd have to rewire it or swap everything from the front of the ITR one into the VTIR one.
