B16A Transmissions

Hi All,

just a quick one... are all B16A or B-series Gearboxes interchangable apart from the obvious cable/hydraulic clutch differences.

As an example: i know u can fit an ITR gearbox onto a B16A2 engine (CivicTypeR has done it), but for example a B16A2 gearbox onto a B16A1 Block...

like i said - apart from the obvious cable/hydraulic clutch difference - is there any other difference(s) or they easily bolt up?

Dangit I told you already boy haha.. any B-series box (maybe not Old-school Prelude and accord B-series) will have the same bolt-pattern as any B-series Block. However MAY need to match splines on the transfer shaft.
