EK1 civic tyre well size??

hi guys i went to put my spare tyre ... a 165/50/r14 in the well tonight and it doesnt fit?? the base of the boot is all wonky ??/

what is the oficial size tyre to fit in the well?

it's supposed to be a space saver...so something like 115/70 R14 (not 100% sure)

you seem to be wanting to carry a full size spare wheel?
it'll bulge out over the level of the boot, so boot wont be completely flat.

it's bearable though (i've done it...b/c i prefer carrying a full size spare cause i often do long distance driving). just take off the foam under the chipboard boot thingy so the the chipboard thingy sits in contact with the spare wheel.
